“If you know rouladen, you know it's a long, slow cook, so most German restaurants don't offer it. The Hub not only offers it but knocks it out of the park. Great flavor, tender meat, and quality ingredients. The wait staff was also very helpful and made themselves a must return on my next visit through town.”
